      This is a great product. I had this installed in my OEM Class A motor home when first built in 2007 and it was doing a great job managing the AC and DC power requirements. Unfortunately recently the AC transfer board went out. Because of the age it was not feasible to replace just the transfer relay board because of a bunch of revisions and iterations to the firmware between the main unit and these daughter boards. Uncertainty of compatibility. So I bought a new one. Hurricane (Scott) was very fast to respond to all of my questions, great follow up, great tracking updates, fast delivery and best of all when I installed it fixed the problem!!!! Thanks Scott for the great service. The pricing for this unit was reasonable where others are clearly gouging people because it is not readily available.
