3‑Wire • 1100VDC • DC Lightning Arrestor
High‑energy Delta DC Lightning Arrestors provide rapid‑response protection for solar and wind power systems exposed to lightning activity. The Delta LA Series is engineered to handle massive surge events—up to 50,000 amps—diverting destructive energy safely to ground.
All current Delta DC arrestors now include the formerly optional vent valve. In the event of a direct strike, this safety vent opens at the bottom of the enclosure to prevent case rupture.
While no device can guarantee 100% lightning protection, the LA602DC significantly reduces failures caused by lightning, voltage spikes, and power surges. This model is ideal for high‑voltage and grid‑tie photovoltaic systems.
