Mercotac 430-SS Brushless Slip Ring
The Mercotac 430-SS is a high-performance brushless slip ring designed for applications requiring both sensitive signal transfer and reliable power delivery. Using Mercotac’s liquid-metal technology, the 430-SS provides exceptionally low resistance, low noise, and long service life compared to traditional brush-type slip rings.

- Four conductors: 2 circuits rated 4A and 2 circuits rated 30A (250V max)
- Stainless-steel ball bearing (SS designator) for enhanced corrosion resistance in wet or harsh environments
- Durable, compact, and lightweight metal construction
- Ultra-low contact resistance (<1 mΩ) and high circuit separation (>25 MΩ) for clean signal transfer
- Maintenance-free operation with long service life
- Rated for up to 1200 RPM and operating temperatures from -20°F to 140°F (-29°C to 60°C)
- IP51 protection rating when used with optional boot kit
